ANM Construction & Engineering is a family owned construction company. Since 1992 ANM has enjoyed steady growth through its history. We specialize in civil construction as well as asphalt maintenance work in the private sector.We are dedicated to constructing quality infrastructure in our public works and quality workmanship in our maintenance division.
We achieve this by swift attention to the smallest of details in the context of broader project goals and objectives. Our strength is in our unwavering commitment to excellence and in our belief that we are responsible to the communities in which we live and work.
ANM Construction & Engineering descends from a small pipeline construction company founded in the 1950’s by John Martinez . As the construction company grew, John Martinez handed down his craft, good values and quality workmanship to his two sons Abraham Martinez and Eli Martinez. These values and quality workmanship have been passed down to subsequent generations and it is the actual foundation of ANM Construction & Engineering.
The owners of ANM Construction & Engineering Abraham Nathan Martinez and Abraham Martinez Jr. received hands on experience in the construction business from their father Abraham Martinez Sr. Abraham Nathan Martinez having a dream of establishing his own company and transforming his “hands on experience” into a professional construction company, decided to attend Arizona State University.
In 1998 Abraham Nathan Martinez received an Engineering Construction degree from Arizona State University.
In 1991 after acquiring valuable experience from high profile construction companies, Abraham Nathan Martinez established ANM Construction & Engineering.
With great effort, dedication and assistance from their father Abraham Martinez Sr., ANM Construction & Engineering began to thrive with a coordinated and strategically planned transition, ANM Construction & Engineering shifted into a new direction. This new transition brought a new progressive journey for ANM. Under Abraham Martinez Jr.'s field operations supervision and Abraham Nathan Martinez’s office management, the company evolved to include earthworks, asphalt paving and civil works.
In 2008 Abraham Nathan Martinez seeing the company he built a true success, recognized a need to venture into other business opportunities. Abraham Martinez Jr. then relocated his energy and efforts to running the company operations allowing Abraham Nathan Martinez time to continue to be an active partner but having sufficient time to venture into other investments.
A mutual respect and tight bond between brothers is what has shaped ANM Construction & Engineering into the company it currently is. A company that holds strong family values, honesty, integrity and respect for our valued employees, clients we serve and our subcontractors we closely work with.
